Our products are shipped from our international fulfillment centers, depending on product availability and the customer’s delivery location.
Delivery times and shipping costs may vary based on the destination, selected shipping method, and customs processing times in your country.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Fees

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@zericce.com.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Zericce is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error, please contact us immediately — we may still be able to update your address before dispatch.
Delivery Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and being available to receive the order Zericce is not responsible for failed deliveries returned shipments or non delivery caused by incorrect address recipient absence refusal or failure to collect the package re shipping costs if applicable are the responsibility of the customer and such cases are not eligible for refunds.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to our support team.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Zericce is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, or carrier-related issues.
9. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.
